CORPAC Steel Products Earns ISO 9001 Certification for Quality Management System

MIAMI - Corpac Steel Products, Corp. (www.corpacsteel.com), a global steel distribution and trading company, announced that on May 23, 2011 it earned ISO 9001:2008 certification, the most widely recognized international standard for quality management systems (QMS). The formal certificate recognizes that Corpac conforms to the management system standard for the following products and services: Distribution and Trading of Coated and Un-coated line Pipe, Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG), Structural & Standard Products, Valves & Fittings, and Electrical Conduit.

ISO 9001:2008 certification is granted to organizations that adhere to international standards for quality management that ensure the organization fulfills and achieves continual improvement of its performance in pursuit of the customers’ requirements, applicable regulatory requirements and enhancement of customer satisfaction.
